Il Roero Arneis is excellent as an aperitif, but it goes perfectly with all fish-based dishes: raw vegetables and carpaccio, grilled octopus, crustaceans, and fried dishes. It prefers white meats and cheeses and is excellent with vegetable-based dishes.
